All our experienced Spanish property law team in our Marbella office in Spain are fluent in English, and Des Sparkes  is based at our new 2013  client communications office in England. He was previously based in our Marbella office where he worked as an English Solicitor with our Spanish lawyers for 9 years. He  was a member of the local Spanish Malaga. During this period Des Sparkes LLB. LLM. was fully licensed to practise as a Solicitor with Spanish lawyers  in Marbella. He held a practising certificate as an English Solicitor in this role from 2003 to 2012, as well as being a member of the Law Society of England and Wales. As from January 2013 Des Sparkes  stopped working in a Solicitor capacity with Mesa & Green Abogados in Spain, and now solely assists Mesa & Green in communcations and marketing to their international English speaking clients from his base in England.

(Des Sparkes retains his practising certificate as an English Solicitor only in his capacity as “In-house” Solicitor in the private company Tingis Fund S.A.R.L.
