Desmond H. Sparkes LLB. LLM. Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales
Des Sparkes was educated at Stonyhurst College in Lancashire and in 1986 was awarded an LLB honours degree in law at the University of Hull. He later gained a Masters LLM degree in law from Southampton University.
He completed his legal training split between the law firms of Corlett Bolton & Co in Douglas, Isle of Man and G. Howard & Co in Croydon, England. Before moving to Spain he worked for the City office of Hill Dickinson in London.
Des Sparkes has been working since 2003 in Marbella, Spain, as an English Solicitor with an English Practising Certificate, working with Spanish lawyers with the objective of providing a better quality of service to our English speaking clients in Spanish legal and accountancy matters.
