Our English Solicitor, Des Sparkes, in association with his Marbella Spanish Lawyers and Solicitors provide Spanish legal services to United Kingdom and Irish Solicitors and law firms.

We provide a complete range of Spanish legal services, and because we have an "in-house" English Solicitor working with our team of Spanish lawyers we can provide British and Irish Solicitors with clear, quality Spanish legal services in English.

We cover all areas of Spanish law and have particular expertise in the areas of Spanish property law, conveyancing and litigation.

Our English Solicitor here in Spain, as a Commissioner of Oaths, is also available to swear statutory declarations in Spain within reasonable travelling distance from our office in Marbella in the south of Spain. He can also witness other documentation that requires an English Solicitor to witness.
